Application Tetra Pak® High Shear Mixer R200-0P ensure efficient mixing of liquids and powders, including the reconstitution and recombination of, for example, milk, fortified milk and soy products. The efficient mixing system produces homogeneous and lump-free products, ready for further processing. The mixer can handle products up to 300 cP. The required quantity of dry ingredients is fed through the powder hopper. When all ingredients have been added, circulation continues for 5-30 minutes, depending on the product.
