Description
This used manual bottling line provides a compact solution for liquid filling, bottle conveying, pressure-sensitive labeling, date/lot coding, and finished product accumulation. Designed for smaller production runs, specialty products, startup operations, pilot production, or applications where operators want greater control over the filling process, the line utilizes a foot-pedal-operated manual liquid filler.
Product is supplied from a stainless steel holding tank to the filling system. The operator positions the container at the filling station and activates the fill cycle using the foot pedal, making this configuration well suited for products or container sizes that do not require a fully automatic filling system.
After filling, containers can move through the line on the included stainless steel tabletop conveyor for labeling and coding. The line is equipped with a HERMA pressure-sensitive labeler for applying adhesive labels to containers and a Videojet 1210 continuous inkjet printer for printing production information such as lot codes, batch numbers, expiration dates, manufacturing dates, and other variable information.
Finished containers can discharge onto the included 42-inch diameter stainless steel rotary accumulation table, providing an area for operators to collect, inspect, pack, or transfer completed bottles downstream.
